We are the only team specializing in rare diseases — orphan diseases — across neuroendocrinology, neurology, and neurometabolic disorders. Our consortium brings together renowned specialists who collaborate seamlessly while maintaining their independence. This structure allows us to assemble a bespoke, cross-border treatment team for each patient — carefully aligned with your individual medical needs. The Lazar | Seideman | Samaras clinical network stands in a long tradition of medicine guided by a messianic-Jewish ethos: the conviction that every human life carries inherent dignity, and that medicine is, at its heart, an act of service.

At the same time, our practice is liberal and open to the world. We care for patients of every faith, background, and tradition with the same commitment, the same expertise, and the same respect. Many patients ask how we are able to care for such complex conditions across continents. The answer is straightforward. We are not a high-volume operation — by design. Lazar | Seideman | Samaras works in the manner of a clinical boutique: a small number of patients, each followed with great personal attention.

In practice, this means that most care is delivered through telemedicine at the highest clinical standard — but always in close cooperation with the physicians already treating you locally. We do not displace your existing doctors; we work alongside them. They are, in the truest sense, our colleagues on the ground — relieved, supported, and able to pick up the phone whenever a question arises.

And we travel. Our senior physicians are in regular international movement between Athens, New York, Tel Aviv, and the American universities where Professor Seideman and Professor Samaras hold teaching chairs. Layovers in cities such as Frankfurt, Paris, London, Rome, Madrid, Vienna, Zurich, Amsterdam, or Munich — and many others across Europe — can be arranged with ease within these existing routes, allowing personal home visits without the need for a separate journey. Where it matters most, we also accompany patients to a decisive examination, such as an important MRI or a planned procedure. For us, this is not an exception. It is part of how we work.

Since mid-2025, our international coordination is based in New York, while our European operations continue uninterrupted from Athens. For patients within the European Union, nothing has changed in terms of quality, accessibility, or continuity of care: our European colleagues remain fully active in clinical practice, serving patients locally and across the EU with the same dedication as before.

The administration of our European affiliate, Clinico, is handled from Hermannstadt and Bratislava. To ensure swift correspondence with patients in the German-speaking area, we also maintain two secretarial offices in Germany — purely administrative, with no medical staff on site.
